Blindsided By the New Age Occultists: Audio

Hebrews 10: 38-39 is a Scripture that applies to the New Age Occultists, as well as to others who are in great apostasy in the end times.

“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back into perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

The New Age Occultists draw back from the truth in the Bible into perdition. They sometimes use the language of the Bible in a misleading fashion, and a few even deal with Scripture in a false way which is deceiving and confusing. Perdition is Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance number 684. It is said in Strong’s to mean “ruin or loss (physical, spiritual or eternal), damnable…perish…waste.”

Before the arrival of the New Age Occult movement on the scene in the early and mid seventies, only a small number of spirit mediums talked to demon spirits. But during the last three to four decades a large number of people have been receiving communications from the spirit world. This is now called channeling. Many New Age Occult channelers receive messages on doctrines and future events from demon spirits they identify as “Jesus” or someone else. New Agers do not often try to contact the human dead, like spirit mediums of the past did. But it is the same practice of contacting demon spirits that is forbidden in the Bible.
